Wyoming Wage and Hour Recordkeeping Requirements

Employers in Wyoming must conform with these state rules relating to wage and hour recordkeeping requirements.

Employers in Wyoming must make and keep records for a minimum of two years of the following information for each employee:

• name, address and occupation;
• the rate of pay;
• the amount paid each period; and
• the hours of each work day and workweek.
