Minnesota Wage and Hour Recordkeeping Requirements
Employers in Minnesota must conform with these state rules relating to wage and hour recordkeeping requirements.
Every employer in Minnesota must keep, for a period of at least three years, the following:
- the name, address and occupation of each employee;
- the rate of pay and the amount paid each pay period; and
- the hours worked of each employee.
