Colorado Wage and Hour Recordkeeping Requirements
Employers in Colorado must conform with these state rules relating to wage and hour recordkeeping requirements.
In Colorado, employers must keep on file for at least two years records of:
- employee names, addresses, occupation and date of employment;
- the date of birth of minors;
- daily records of starting and stopping time;
- the regular rate of pay, gross wages, deductions, and net pay; and
- any applicable credits taken.
